wednesday

Today consists of scarves and acai bowls. 
To make an acai bowl:
1 package of unsweetened acai (can be found at any health food store)
1 banana
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Toppings of your choice

1. Blend the acai packet with almond milk and half a banana. 
2. Once the mixture is smooth pour into bowl, chop the rest of the banana on top and add fillings of your choice. On mine I have chia seeds, banana, strawberries, kiwi, and almond vanilla granola. 

Super easy and super healthy.
